Viking Trio
A new project created around my own compositions. Together with two of my favorite people and musicians, I’ve started playing in trio formation again. Drums (David La Mela), doube bass (Rob Vanspauwen) and my own Fender Rhodes and synths are what make up the sound of the Viking Trio. We explore all the different sounds our instruments can make and play around with different styles, from open atmospheric ballads to odd-metered rock anthems! We have an awesome time on stage and I hope to show you all more soon!
Muze Jazz Orchestra
A great band with 9 musicians. We do a variety of projects with guest musicians and play our own compositions and arrangements, of which I have written a great deal!
Presidents Of Antarctica
This group consists of Tim Paters (saxes and flute), Roel Van Wijk (trumpet), Daniel Jonkers (drums), Daniël Vanderhoydonks (bas), Mirriam Roodbeen (vocals) and myself on keys. We play original composistions in a quirky, offbeat fashion where we combine styles and electronics together with ironclad playing and catchy melodies to bring you the finest music originating from the antarctic since penguins started recording showtunes!
Koe Komoy
Koe Komoy is a Japanese-English music project combining Pop music, Jazz and electronic elements. The band was founded in 2015 by Cologne based musician Olivia Sawano who, as the songwriter and singer, is the creative head of the project. The Japanese lyrics are written together with lyricist Akiko Oda who is based in Osaka/Japan.
The band consists of David Demuynck (Piano and Synthesizer), Alex Rönz (Bass) and Christian Nink (Drums).
